He has also worked with Leonid Margarius and Franco Scala at the Imola Piano Academy. In 2026, Herman was accepted to take part in the Festival Dei Due Mondi Academy, where he got intensive professional training from Marc-André Hamelin and Benedetto Lupo, as well as chamber music coaching from Kim Kashkashian. He has performed in prestigious venues such as Wigmore Hall, the Romanian Athenaeum, Royal Festival Hall and at the Kosovo Philharmonic, playing Grieg's Piano Concerto. Between 2018 and 2022, he collaborated annually with the Arad Philharmonic Orchestra in Romania as a soloist. In 2025, Herman performed Beethoven's 3rd piano concerto at the Cadogan Hall in London with the Purcell School Symphony Orchestra.
