Katya Grabova is establishing herself as one of the most compelling young pianists of her generation. In 2025, she won the Aspen Piano Concerto Competition, leading to a performance with the Conducting Academy Orchestra at the Aspen Music Festival. Born in Moscow, Katya graduated from the Gnessin School of Music, where she studied with Tatiana Zelikman and Boris Berezovsky. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree with Mei-Ting Sun at the Royal Academy of Music, where she is a recipient of the Michael Gilsenan Named Award and holds a scholarship. In the 2026–2027 academic year, she will continue her studies at the Royal Academy of Music as an Artist Diploma student, supported by a full scholarship.

She has performed at major music festivals, including the Rheingau Musik Festival and the Leeds International Concert Season. Recent appearances include such prestigious venues as Southbank Centre, Shanghai Concert Hall, the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory, Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, and Lielais Dzintars. In November 2025, Katya made a highly acclaimed debut recital at Wigmore Hall, attracting significant attention from both audiences and the press.

Katya has performed with the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra and Academy Symphony Orchestra, and has received guidance from a range of esteemed artists, including Dmitri Bashkirov, Michel Béroff, Robert McDonald, Steven Osborne, Christopher Elton, Vanessa Latarche, Mikhail Voskresensky, and Dame Imogen Cooper. Highlights of the current season include Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No. 2 with the Kensington Philharmonic Orchestra.
