Andrew Yiangou is a twenty three year old pianist from Ealing, London. He was awarded the Bachelor of Music degree (Honours) in July 2014 at the Royal College of Music and is currently continuing his studies on the Masters programme. He won many prizes at numerous competitions including the ‘ Jaques Samuels Intercollegiate Piano Competition' , ‘ Emanuel Trophy Competition' and the 'International Piano Festival Poros' in Greece. Most recently he was the winner of the ‘19 th International Petar Konjovic Piano Competition ' in Belgrade, Serbia. Andrew was a member of the Ealing Youth Orchestra and has performed Rachmaninoff ' s 2nd Piano Concerto , Gershwin 's Rhapsody in Blue, Tchaikovsky ' s Piano Concerto No.1 and Saint Saens' 2nd Piano Concerto with the Orchestra over the last few years .
