Equinox has been in existence for over 20 years. As well as playing together, each of us has a successful freelance career working in areas as diverse as the Royal Opera House, London Symphony Orchestra, Welsh National Opera, Phantom of the Opera and Bootleg Beatles.

We play a great mixture of repertoire too. Classical concerts are mixed with education work where our programmes introducing wind instruments to primary school children have proved immensely successful. More recently we have been involved in taking popular music into social spaces such as retirement villages and care homes where inter-active concerts can be very important in bringing people together.

Our group is flexible and often expanded to include a pianist. This allows us to explore a wider range of repertoire. Our aim is to open all our concerts to as many people as possible, and to encourage and foster a love of all things music in anyone who wants to listen!

PLEASE DONATE to support our musicians and maintain our beautiful church
We receive no external funding and all our team are unpaid volunteers.
Thank you for your support.

We photograph, livestream and record every concert at St Mary's Perivale.
