After graduating from the Royal Academy of Music London in July 2016,  Hungarian pianist Renata Kriszta Konyicska is now pursuing her Advanced Postgraduate Diploma at Birmingham Conservatoire where she was accepted with full scholarship. Her professor is Pascal Nemirovski. She started studying music at the age of five with Adam Erna. At the age of ten, she was accepted at the Special School for Exceptional Young Talents of the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, in the class of Zsuzsa Esztó. From 2010 to 2014 she continued her musical studies at the same institute under the guidance of László Baranyay, Márta Gulyás and Rita Wagner. She attained her Bachelors degree in Piano with highest honours She has won many prizes in various piano competitions, including first prize at the Zlatko Grgosevic Piano Competition in Croatia, first prize at the Cittá di Gorizia Competition in Italy, first prize at the Smetana Piano Competition in the Czech Republic, third prize at the International Piano Competition for Young Musicians in the Netherlands, and the Concerto Competition Prize at ISA festival in Austria. She was the winner of the inaugural European Union sponsored Talent Support Competition at Liszt Academy in Budapest. She has performed recitals and chamber music concerts in France, Spain, Poland, Austria and Hungary in festivals such as Nuits Classiques Megève, Festival de Piano Classique Biarritz, Encuentro de Musica y Academia de Santander, Internationale Sommerakademie der ISA Reichenau, and Liszt Week Esztergom where she is invited to play every year since the festival was initiated in 2008.
